A: we provide 5 years quality guarantee for sink.

Q3: What is your MOQ?
A: Our MOQ is 50PCS per item per finish, for the first trial order or some regular products, the quantity can be 50 pcs. Meanwhile,we stock some products in USA, you can also directly buy from us for small quantity if we have stocks overseas.

Q4: Can your factory print our logo/brand on the product?
A: Our factory can laser print customer's logo on the product. Customers need to provide us a logo usage authorization letter to allow us to print customer's logo on the products.

Q5: Can I visit you?
A: YYes. Our factory is in 4th Floor, No. 25, Dongxi Road, District B, Dongxi Development, Zhishan Town, Heshan City, guangdong, China. Welcome to visit our factory, look forward to meeting with you.

Q6: How do you produce PVD Nano sinks?
A: We have PVD equipment in our factory, we can proceed the full PVD Nano process in our factory.

Q7: How many colors for your PVD Nano sinks?
A: W have pewter, gunmetal black, rose gold and matte gold color.

Q8: What dimension of the kitchen sinks you can provide?
A: Actually we can customize any dimension as per customer requirement.

Q9: How can I get some samples?
A: We can accept small order at the first cooperation and make production once we confirm the sample order. The sample order will include the sample costs and air freight costs.

Q10. What certificate do you have?
A:We have CUPC certificate for North American market and CE for European market.

Q11: What to do if not satisfied with the quality?
A: Quality is our first priority for running our business. We strictly control product quality, and strictly follow up ISO 9001 and S6 system to minimize the defective rate. In case you find out any defective products, pls kindly let us know and provide the relevant pictures/vedio for reference, we will compensate for you and find out the root reason to eliminate the defective factor ultimately.

Q12: Do you have warehouse? How can I buy several products and not big quantity?
A: We have warehouse in USA and stock some of our products there, you can reach our sales person to check what you can buy from us directly, and our warehouse staff can handle the transportation to your warehouse directly.
