2.Company History
In 2010, established Shanghai sales office.
In 2011, Aquacubic acquired a faucet factory with more than 10 years production experience and the workshop is more than 12000 square meters. We target middle and high-end oriented market, with CUPC certification in North America, WRAS certification for UK market and CE certification for EU market.
In 2011, set up a ceramic factory in Chao Zhou, Guangdong province, mainly produces ceramic basins. And our product exported in large quantity to US and Australian market.
In 2012, invested a man-made stainless steel sink factory in Zhong Shan, covers 5000 square meters, main market is US and Australian market, and OEM for MOEN.
In 2014, joint venture a bathtub and polymarble factory, specializing in the production of shower room, shower tray, bathtub and polymarble basins.

Q1: Are you a factory or trader?
A: We are a professional manufacturer for faucets since 2010.

A: we provide 5 years quality guarantee for faucet.
Q3: What is your MOQ?
A: Our MOQ is 200PCS per item per finish, for the first trial order or some regular products, the quantity can be 50 pcs. Meanwhile, we stock some products in USA, you can also directly buy from us for small quantity if we have stocks overseas.
Q4: Can your factory print our logo/brand on the product?
A: Our factory can laser print customer's logo on the product. Customers need to provide us a logo usage authorization letter to allow us to print customer's logo on the products.
Q5: Can I visit you?
A: Yes. Our factory is in Heshan city, Guangdong, China. Welcome to visit our factory, look forward to meeting with you.
Q6: How many finish do you have for your faucets?
A: We have more than 20 different finishes for our customers: Chrome, brushed nickel, polished nickel, ORB, matte black, brushed black, gunmetal black, ice black, brushed gunmetal black, gold, champaign gold, rose gold, matte gold, brushed gold, champaign bronze, bronze, etc…
Q7: How can I get some samples?
A: We can accept small order at the first cooperation and make production once we confirm the sample order. The sample order will include the sample costs and air freight costs.
Q8. What certificate do you have?
A: We have CUPC, Watersense and CEC (California standard) certificates for North American market, WRAS certificate for UK, and CE certificate for European market.
Q9: What to do if not satisfied with the quality?
A: Quality is our first priority for running our business. We strictly control product quality, and strictly follow up ISO 9001 and S6 system to minimize the defective rate. In case you find out any defective products, pls kindly let us know and provide the relevant pictures/vedio for reference, we will compensate for you and find out the root reason to eliminate the defective factor ultimately.
Q10: Do you have warehouse? How can I buy several products and not big quantity?
A: We have warehouse in USA and stock some of our products there, you can reach our sales person to check what you can buy from us directly, and our warehouse staff can handle the transportation to your warehouse directly.
